Before We Arrive
Before your visit, we confirm the schedule, arrival window, access instructions, pets, payment method, and any important notes about your home. This helps prevent confusion and allows our team to arrive prepared.
During the Visit
Our team follows the service plan discussed with you and focuses on the areas included in your cleaning. If something requires more time or falls outside the original scope, we communicate clearly instead of making assumptions.

After the Visit
After your cleaning, we may send a quick quality check. If something was missed, we ask that you let us know within a reasonable time so we can review it and improve the service moving forward.

For recurring clients, we keep service notes, send confirmations and reminders, and work to keep your schedule consistent. The goal is to make cleaning easier to manage, not something you have to coordinate every time.

Following these simple steps allows us to work efficiently and ensure your home receives the best cleaning service possible.
BEFORE THE CLEANING

Before the cleaning crew arrives, please remove clutter so we can effectively clean all surfaces – this includes, clothing, toys, clearing off bathroom counters, and dishes in the kitchen sink.

If you won’t be home, make sure and leave a key or call us to provide a door or garage code to enter.

Find a good spot for your pets so they’re safe and secure while we clean.

If we are changing your bed linens, please put out clean sheets on each bed.

Any same-day cancellations will include a $65 charge.
DURING THE CLEANING

For best cleaning results and time efficiency we prefer to have the house to ourselves. (with our cleaning system, being able to move freely around your home helps us be more efficient and in the end, do a better job)

If you will be home, please ask the cleaning crew to clean the room you will be staying in first, or last.

First-time clean— if you are home, please walk the house with the cleaning crew and show them any areas of concern or anything that is fragile and needs to be handled with care.
We are always happy to help!
AFTER THE CLEANING

For the first time clean, the cleaning crew will do a final walk through with you if you are home.

If payment has not already been arranged, leave cash or a check on the kitchen counter. (ALWAYS add the date of service to any form of payment)
