AUTHORIZATION FOR ENTRY & LIABILITY WAIVER
I, the undersigned, hereby authorize Everything Clean Services (ECS Solutions LLC) and its representatives to enter my property for the purpose of performing cleaning services as scheduled. I understand and acknowledge the following:
1. Access to Property: I grant ECS Solutions LLC permission to enter my home when I am not present to perform the agreed-upon cleaning services. I will provide necessary entry details, such as a key, door code, or alternative access method.
2. Liability Waiver: I understand that ECS Solutions LLC is insured and takes all necessary precautions to prevent damage. However, I agree to hold ECS Solutions LLC and its employees harmless from any claims, losses, or damages related to granting entry to my home.
3. Securing the Property: ECS Solutions LLC will ensure my home is locked and secured upon leaving. However, I acknowledge that I am responsible for verifying that all doors and windows are properly secured after service.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling: If I need to reschedule or cancel a cleaning appointment, I will provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
5. Deposit Requirement: For first-time cleaning services where I will not be home, I agree to make a $75 deposit before the scheduled cleaning. This deposit will be applied toward the total service cost. Failure to make this deposit will result in a cancellation of the scheduled service.

6. Payment Authorization: I agree to pay for the cleaning services as outlined in my service agreement. I understand that failure to make timely payments may result in suspension of services.
